ANNOUNCEMENT: Merger with Marketecture

We’re incredibly pleased to officially announce a full strategic merger with fellow b2b marketing agency Marketecture. Exciting times are ahead, with a new name due from 1 July (answers on a postcard please!), plus we’ll be establishing a specialist brand division over the next two years.

Joint co-founder of Marketecture, Michael Clark, continues as Managing Director of our exceptional new agency, while fellow co-founder Max Clark takes up the position of Strategy Director. Clock’s founder Ann Rimmer will head the new brand division as Director of Brand, with the wider Clock Creative and Marketecture teams integrating to strengthen the agency’s offer.

Michael comments: “Bringing together a team of over 30 exceptionally talented people in the creative hub of MediaCityUK, we’ll offer our clients access to even more b2b expertise, more knowledge, more creativity and more expert digital skills. Max Clark comments, “We have really bold plans over the next three years, building towards our vision of being a top 10 independent UK b2b agency by 2020.
